Job Description
We are seeking a Site Operations Manager to oversee daily site activities, ensure safety, optimize workflows, and coordinate teams to meet project goals.
Manage on-site staff and contractors, enforce health and safety regulations, schedule resources, monitor budgets, report progress, and implement process improvements.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years in operations or site management, strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and proficiency with operations software.
