Job Description
We are seeking a part-time, temporary Administrative Assistant at BGC Wolf Creek/Ponoka Youth Centre. This position covers a leave and requires work Monday to Friday, from 2:30 to 5:30 PM for approximately 6 weeks.
Duties include:
- Managing front desk operations and greeting visitors.
- Answering the phone with professional etiquette.
- Providing exceptional customer support.
- Collaborating with team members for office efficiency.
Job Type: Fixed term contract | Pay: $18.00 per hour | Expected hours: 15 per week | Work Location: In-person
