Job Description
Eng-Con Holdings Ltd, a respected Water & Sewer contractor based in Edmonton since 1979, is seeking a skilled Water and Sewer Foreman for the upcoming 2026 Construction Season. We provide a robust compensation package and prioritize internal promotions.
Responsibilities: Supervise daily crew activities, manage subcontractors, ensure timely project completion, read blueprints, conduct quality inspections, and mentor team members.
Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in supervisory roles within water and sewer construction, strong blueprint interpretation skills, excellent leadership abilities, and effective communication.
