Job Description

Handlers Equipment is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to manage warranty claims and enhance customer satisfaction. In this part-time role, you will process warranty requests, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with various departments to resolve issues efficiently.

Duties include:

• Reviewing and processing warranty claims per company policy.
• Maintaining accurate warranty transaction records.
• Communicating with customers about claim status.
• Collaborating with service departments for claim resolution.
• Analyzing warranty data for trends and improvements.
• Training staff on warranty processes.

Qualifications: High school diploma; experience in warranty administration or customer service is a plus. Pay is $30.00 per hour for 16-20 hours per week, in person.
