Job Description
Empowered Wellness & Solutions Inc. is seeking a Virtual Admin to join our team in Calgary, Alberta. This position offers the flexibility of working from home while providing remote administrative support.
This role is ideal for undergraduate psychology students looking for experience in a private practice setting.
Duties:
- Accurate data entry
- Clerical tasks: organizing files/documents
- Email customer support
- Create social media content
Skills: Experience with Jane preferred, strong attention to detail, and familiarity with Google Workspace.
Job Type: Fixed term contract (12 months), Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour, Expected hours: 5/week.
