Job Description

McGilvray Veterinary Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and assist with administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

• Greet clients and their pets warmly.
• Handle phone calls and schedule appointments.
• Update patient information and manage the front desk.
