Job Description

We are seeking a friendly Veterinary Receptionist / Client Care professional to join our clinic, managing front-desk tasks and supporting clients and patients.

Responsibilities: greet clients, schedule appointments, answer phones, handle records and billing, assist vets with admissions, and maintain a calm, compassionate environment.

Qualifications: excellent communication, basic computer skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a caring attitude; prior veterinary or customer service experience preferred.
