Job Description

Tecqify Solutions Inc is seeking a dedicated User Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a College/CEGEP degree and have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in technical support. Responsibilities include responding to users experiencing difficulties with computers, consulting user guides and technical manuals, organizing a problems and solutions log, and providing business systems, network, and Internet support. You will also be responsible for setting up equipment for employee use, ensuring the proper installation of cables, operating systems, and software.
