Responsibilities:

• Assist users facing computer difficulties.
• Consult user guides and manuals for solutions.
• Provide advice and training to users.
• Maintain a problem and solutions log for technical support.
• Participate in application redesigns.
• Supervise other technical support staff.
• Provide business systems, network, and Internet support.
