Job Description
Ms Falcon Tooling Inc. is seeking a dedicated User Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a college/CEGEP education and 1 to 2 years of experience in technical support. Responsibilities include granting access to computer networks, troubleshooting user difficulties, and maintaining performance reports on systems. You will also assist in the setup of equipment, manage incidents, and participate in application redesigns.
This is a permanent position requiring 30 to 40 hours of work per week in English.
