Job Description
Keysoft Technologies Inc. is seeking a User Support Technician to join our team. Applicants should possess a college diploma or equivalent experience, with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
Key responsibilities include providing access to computer networks, troubleshooting user difficulties, consulting technical manuals, and offering training in system usage. You will also maintain a problem and solution log, supervise other technicians, and support business systems and internet operations.
This is a permanent position with a health care plan and working hours of 32 to 40 hours per week. The primary language of communication is English.
