Job Description
NORTHWEST TRUCK LINES INC. is seeking a dedicated Transportation Logistics Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience, along with 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
Key responsibilities include preparing and submitting reports, arranging maintenance, resolving work problems, and conducting performance reviews. You will also train staff, establish work schedules, and oversee operational logistics in a fast-paced environment, while ensuring efficiency and productivity.
