Job Description
Position Overview
Calian is seeking a Test Administrator to manage psychological assessments for candidates in high-risk roles.

Responsibilities
- Oversee testing for small to medium groups, prepare materials, and provide instructions.
- Work available on an as-needed basis with anticipated shifts no more than three eight-hour shifts per month.
Qualifications
- Degree in Psychology or related field is a strong asset.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle access.
- Experience in test administration or invigilating is preferred.
- Fluent in English and comfortable using Excel.
