Job Description

Position Overview

Calian seeks a reliable Test Administrator to manage psychological assessment testing for individuals in high-risk roles across Calgary, AB. This casual position requires applicants to be organized and available for varying shifts, likely no more than three eight-hour shifts per month.

Responsibilities

• Prepare testing materials and provide instructions to candidates.
• Monitor tests in progress for small to medium-sized groups.

Qualifications

• Degree in Psychology or related field is a strong asset.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle required.
• Experience in test administration preferred.
• Fluent in English and comfortable using Excel.
• Available for weekdays shifts (Mon-Fri).
