Job Description

Spicsoft Inc. is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a College/CEGEP degree and have 1 to 2 years of experience in the technical support field. Responsibilities include assisting users with computer issues, providing network and internet support, and supervising other technical support staff.
