Job Description

Nature & Scope: Reporting to the Store Manager, the Keyholder will support the leadership team in store operations, ensuring a consistently positive customer experience to profitably grow top-line sales. Key responsibilities include creating an engaging sales floor atmosphere, coaching associates, promoting open communication, staying updated on products, ensuring store visual appeal, and assisting in implementing new initiatives.

Qualifications: We require at least 1 year of related supervisory experience in retail apparel, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to motivate and lead a sales team to achieve their quotas.
