Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and proactive Team Lead to work closely with the Department Manager(s) and Store Manager at 2960-Concordia BookStop Loyola. This role includes receiving, pricing, and stocking merchandise, assisting team members, and acting as a leader in the Store Manager’s absence. Responsibilities include addressing customer and team member concerns, opening and closing the store, and ensuring safety.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of related experience
- Associates Degree or equivalent preferred
- Able to lift 25-50 pounds and move merchandise
- Basic computer skills required
- Willingness to work flexible hours
