Job Description

We are hiring for the upcoming tax season from January 2025 to April 2025!

Job Role:

• Data Entry using DT Max Software
• Calling customers to discuss tax results
• Answering customer questions regarding tax filing

Job Requirements:

• Proficient with computers (fast typing, quick learner of software)
• Exceptional customer service skills

Training will be provided for this role.

Contract Type: Seasonal (2.5 months)

Pay: $18.00 per hour + Bonus pay

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Weekends as needed

Location: In person
