Job Description
IN4 Security is seeking a skilled Private Security Supervisor to manage one of our contracts. This full-time, permanent position offers a competitive wage of $24.50 per hour.
Responsibilities:
– Manage a team of about 10 personnel
– Update or create procedures for the contract
– Maintain records of keys and alarm codes
– Handle client requests
– Manage work schedules and oversee attendance
– Train new agents on contract specifics
– Operate fire alarm systems
– Additional duties as required.
Requirements:
– Bilingual: English and French (mandatory)
– Minimum 2 years in personnel management or contract supervision
– Valid security license, CPR, and customer service certification.
