Job Description

Oversee and maintain accurate student academic records, manage enrollment and transcript processing, ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory policies, and maintain the student information system. Coordinate with faculty, admissions, and the registrar’s office; supervise records staff; generate reports and audits; implement retention and privacy protocols. Ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in student records or registrar operations, strong attention to detail, familiarity with SIS, and commitment to confidentiality.
