Job Description
Join our team at Spirit Halloween as a Store Manager! You will oversee the total operation of the store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability while providing excellent Guest Services. Responsibilities include managing shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staff setup, and seasonal store operations.
The ideal candidate must be at least 21 years old, have a flexible schedule, and possess prior retail management experience. This role requires physical stamina as you will be standing/walking for over 8 hours, climbing ladders, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
