Job Description
The Store Manager at Spirit Halloween is responsible for overseeing the total operation of the store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability. This includes establishing and maintaining guest services, controlling expenses, managing shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, and overseeing the setup and teardown of a seasonal store.
Applicants must be at least 21 years old and have a flexible schedule. The role requires standing or walking for over 8 hours, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Previous retail management experience is essential.
