Job Description
Spectrum Landscaping is seeking a full-time Snow Removal Crew Member. This position offers the possibility of continued full-time work during the summer.
Compensation ranges from $20 to $24 per hour, with a guaranteed minimum of 120 hours per month in winter, even without snowfall.
Responsibilities include driving company vehicles, snow clearing, and equipment maintenance. Applicants should have 1-3 years of landscaping and snow removal experience, a valid Alberta Driver’s License, and reliable transportation.
The ideal candidate will be physically fit, flexible, and able to work in various weather conditions. Experience with snow removal and small engine repair is preferred.
