Job Description
We are hiring a Snow Removal Heavy Equipment Operator to operate loaders, graders, plows, and snow blowers to clear roads, parking lots, and walkways safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include operating heavy equipment in winter conditions, performing pre- and post-shift inspections, routine maintenance, communicating with dispatch, and following safety procedures. Candidates must have proven heavy equipment or CDL experience, winter operations exposure, ability to work nights and weekends, a strong safety record, and physical stamina. Certifications in heavy equipment operation and a clean driving record are preferred. This is a seasonal, full-time position with competitive pay and overtime opportunities.
