Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a skilled laborer to join Cogan Contractors Inc. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse set of construction-related skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
– Perform concrete finishing, masonry, caulking, carpentry, and drywall tasks
– Assist with construction estimating and restoration projects
– Utilize hand and power tools
– Conduct labor work as needed
– Operate small equipment when required
Requirements
– Experience in carpentry and interior work
– Proficiency with hand and power tools
– Knowledge of framing work is a plus
– Strong attention to detail and safety
– Must have own vehicle
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected start date: 2024-09-16
