Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to manage inbound and outbound shipments, inspect goods, handle documentation, coordinate carriers, and maintain inventory accuracy. Responsibilities include scheduling pickups and deliveries, loading and unloading, verifying packing lists, processing bills of lading, and reporting discrepancies. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year warehouse or logistics experience, familiarity with inventory/WMS systems, strong communication skills; forklift certification a plus. Must be organized, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and work flexible shifts to support timely operations.
