Job Description
Aerosports Parks Scarborough-Toronto seeks an experienced Shift Manager to oversee daily operations, lead retail staff, and ensure outstanding customer service. Responsibilities include supervising and coordinating staff, training and mentoring team members, monitoring inventory and ordering merchandise, handling customer inquiries and resolving issues, managing cashiers and cash procedures, implementing sales strategies, conducting performance reviews, and creating schedules and training. Requirements: 3+ years retail management experience, strong leadership and communication, proficiency with budgets/inventory/sales math, time-management, and cashiering knowledge. Job types: Full-time, Part-time. Pay: $18.00–$23.00/hr. Benefits: discounted/free food, on-site parking, store discount. Education: Bachelor’s preferred. Work Location: In person.
