The Shared Services Specialist supports Airport Directors in financial operations, including invoice management and cash handling.

Job Duties

• Administer financial reporting software.
• Reconcile vouchers and balance cash.
• Manage vendor contact information.
• Collect and prepare cash deposits.
• Verify employee identification for hiring.

Required Education & Experience

• Previous administrative or financial experience.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Must pass a 5-year security verification from Transport Canada.
