Job Description

We are looking for a ServiceNow Administrator to join our team at Gravity Conseil. This position is in hybrid mode and based in Toronto York Mills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain upgrades and clean up the ServiceNow environment while following best practices.
• Handle day-to-day ServiceNow management, including application health monitoring, patch management, and data administration.
• Manage and clean up the ServiceNow environment by resolving issues or removing outdated configurations.

Requirements:

• Strong prior experience as a ServiceNow administrator.
