Job Description
Join Gravity Conseil as a ServiceNow Administrator! Reporting to the Business Solution Manager in IT Service Management, you will enhance our internal ServiceNow platform to support IT hardware asset lifecycle management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, document, and implement changes to the ServiceNow platform.
- Configure integrations and automated tests related to the ServiceNow platform.
- Work with IT Asset Management stakeholders to optimize solutions.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience with ServiceNow, scripting, and asset management.
- English speaking and writing skills.
