Job Description

Location: Montreal, QC (Onsite)

Duration: 4 months

Contract Type: T4 only

Pay Rate: CA$20.69/Hour

Role Mandate: Join the Investment Support Group Team under Investment Services to handle client communications management and record-keeping duties.

Role Responsibilities Include:

• Focus on mailing and record administration.
• Process client transfers and manage return mail.
• Ensure accurate documentation for each task and verify data quality.

Must-Have Skills:

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and teamwork.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous Desk Clerk experience.
• Conversational French is a plus.
