Job Description

The Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre is seeking a dedicated Service Desk Analyst. This role involves providing exceptional customer service and technical support, managing incidents and service requests efficiently. You’ll support various computing technologies, ensuring accurate documentation and tracking of service requests. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in computer hardware and software, and the ability to communicate effectively with staff and partners.

Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 7, 10, and Office 2021/2013 is essential. The successful candidate must work on-site at Georgian Bay General Hospital (GBGH) in Midland, Ontario.
