Job Description
We are hiring a Service Department Administrator to support our service team by managing daily operations, scheduling repairs, coordinating parts and work orders, and maintaining customer records. Responsibilities include front-desk support, answering phone and email inquiries, creating invoices, tracking service status, and ensuring prompt communication with technicians and customers. Ideal candidates have 2+ years administrative or automotive service experience, strong organizational and computer skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service. Proficiency with MS Office and service management software is preferred. This is a fast-paced role with opportunities for growth within our dealership.
