Job Description
Roy Nichols Motors is a busy Chevrolet dealership in Clarington with the immediate need to hire a dynamic individual who possesses a great ‘can-do’ attitude with a passion for customer service.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively by telephone and email with customers (both inbound and outbound communication).
- Schedule appointments following our processes.
- Answer inbound calls and respond to all customer inquiries and all web leads promptly and effectively.
- Utilize dealership call scripts for all inbound and outbound sales calls.
- Schedule, log, and confirm appointments with customers and achieve daily/weekly/monthly goals as established by the Service Manager.
- Update the CRM systems with information regarding all verbal communication with customers.
- Enter information in the Appointment Log when an appointment is scheduled.
- Learn and comply to all pertinent dealership processes.
- Comply with any customer handling and marketing functions.
- Communicate with the Service Manager relative to any potential customers issues or problems.
- Perform all outbound campaigns as periodically assigned by the Service Manager.
- Perform marketing call campaigns as required.
- Follow the policies and procedures of the Service department and Roy Nichols Motors.
Position Requirements
- Previous Call Centre experience considered an asset.
- Excellent computer and typing skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- A positive attitude and desire to grow and improve.
- Results oriented mindset to succeed.
- The ability and willingness to overcome customer objections to the sale and producing results.
- 1-3 years related dealership experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to talk to customers all day long and deal with the occasional upset customer.
