Job Description
Duties:
– Greet and welcome customers in a friendly manner.
– Take customer orders and provide drink recommendations.
– Prepare and serve various beverages.
– Ensure timely delivery of orders.
– Maintain cleanliness of the beverage station.
– Handle cash transactions.
– Follow food safety regulations.
– Provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
– Previous customer service experience preferred.
– Knowledge of food safety regulations.
– Experience with POS systems.
– Strong communication skills.
– Availability for flexible hours.
