About us

Raffields Centrale is a licensed cafe, in our fourth year of operation, in Knowlton, QC J0E 1V0. We are fast-paced, inclusive, and supportive.

We are looking for an enthusiastic servers to join our team . The ideal candidates will have a passion for customer service and an eye for detail. The server will be responsible for taking orders, delivering food and drinks to customers, ensuring that tables are clean and tidy, and providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will have the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. The position is part-time Saturdays and Sundays from 8am – 5pm

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and take orders.
• Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely manner.
• Ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Answer questions about menu items and ingredients.

Responsabilités :

Accueillir les clients et prendre les commandes.

Servir la nourriture et les boissons aux clients en temps opportun.

Assurez-vous que toutes les commandes sont exactes et livrées dans les délais.

Maintenir une zone de travail propre et organisée.

Fournir un excellent service client.

Traiter les réclamations des clients de manière professionnelle.

Répondez aux questions sur les éléments du menu et les ingrédients.
