Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Scheduling Assistant to manage appointments and coordinate schedules effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and be proficient in using scheduling software.
You will be responsible for communicating with clients, confirming appointments, and ensuring all schedules are up to date. Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
