Job Description
This is a Monday-Friday, 40-hour work week schedule, full-time, 12-month contract position.
Ricoh is seeking a career-oriented individual to produce customer projects according to company standards. Responsibilities include prepping, scanning, inspecting, compiling, assembling, and binding documents.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and prepare projects for printing.
- Complete 30,00 scanned pages per month.
- Maintain quality controls and perform data entry.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years in a mail room or copy center.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
