Job Description
Brand: Spirit Halloween
The Sales Associate will assist the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store. Responsibilities include maintaining Guest Services according to Company Standards, generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, pricing, and handling POS operations. The position requires candidates to be at least 16 years old, with physical duties including climbing ladders, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds, and standing/walking for up to 8 hours.
Please note, this is a Spirit Halloween Consignment Store. You will be employed by an independent operator, who is responsible for your employment benefits and wages.
