The Role:
We’re looking for a Sales & Parts Coordinator to keep our service operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on role that combines parts sourcing, inventory management, quoting, and business development. You’ll work closely with technicians, suppliers, and customers to make sure jobs run efficiently and our warehouse is always ready to support our team.
What You’ll Do:
- Source and order parts from wholesalers, ensuring timely delivery.
- Manage warehouse operations and inventory, including staging preventative maintenance supplies.
- Read blueprints and schematics to provide technical info for quotes and bids.
- Help generate new business by researching bid boards and cold calling potential clients.
- Follow up with customers after service calls to ensure satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records of inventory, orders, and supplier contacts.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 5 years of experience in mechanical sales, parts sourcing, or inventory management within the refrigeration, HVAC, or plumbing industries.
- Comfortable reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
