Job Description
New Beginnings Recovery Home is seeking two qualified RSW/RSSW professionals to join our dedicated team. We focus on providing trauma-informed, evidence-based care for individuals facing addiction, mental health, and co-occurring challenges.
Available Position: Day Shift – Group Counsellor (8am – 4pm)
The Group Counsellor will facilitate group therapy sessions, utilize best practices, and support clients in their recovery journey.
Key Responsibilities: Facilitate group sessions, focus on recovery topics, collaborate on treatment plans, maintain confidential documentation, and attend team meetings.
Preferred Qualifications: Registered with OCSWSSW as RSW/RSSW and experience in CBT/DBT therapy.
