Job Description
As a Rogers Sales Representative, you will drive sales of Rogers wireless and home services by identifying customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and closing deals. You are responsible for meeting monthly targets, maintaining strong customer relationships, demonstrating product features, and supporting promotions. Ideal candidates have 1+ year retail or telecom sales experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work flexible hours. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic technical knowledge of mobile devices is preferred. Competitive base plus commission, training provided, and opportunities for career growth.
