Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Roadside Assistance Agent to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to customers in need of assistance on the road, ensuring timely and reliable service.
Your responsibilities will include answering incoming calls, assessing customer needs, dispatching service providers, and providing guidance until help arrives. You should have excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Ideal candidates will possess a strong customer service orientation and be able to work flexible hours. Experience in the automotive or roadside assistance industry is a plus.
