Job Description
Join SHEFIELD EXPRESS as a Retail Supervisor! The successful candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1-2 years of experience in a retail business. Responsibilities include assigning duties to sales workers, hiring and training staff, authorizing payments, ordering merchandise, and preparing sales reports. You will supervise a team of 3-4 people, including cashiers and grocery clerks, in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate should possess strong client focus, flexibility, and organizational skills. You must be reliable and a team player to succeed in this role. Work hours are 35 hours per week with a permanent employment duration.
