Job Description

Join BOW TRAIL HUSKY MARKET as a Retail Supervisor! We are looking for a dedicated individual with a secondary school graduation certificate and 1-2 years of relevant experience. Your responsibilities will include assigning tasks to sales workers, hiring and training staff, managing merchandise returns, and organizing inventory.

You will supervise a team of 3-4 employees, including cashiers and retail salespersons. We’re committed to creating a diverse and welcoming environment for newcomers, youth, and Indigenous people through various training programs.

This is a permanent position with 35-40 hours per week, and public transportation is available.
