Job Requirements

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 1 to 2 years in a retail setting
• Work setting: Retail service establishment
• Responsibilities include:
• Supervising staff (apprentices, design team, etc.)
• Assigning duties to sales workers
• Managing merchandise returns and establishing work schedules
• Preparing reports and resolving customer issues
• Organizing and maintaining inventory
• Supervision: 1 to 2 team members
• Work Hours: 35 hours per week
