Job Description
Join our team at Thousand Spices as a Retail Store Supervisor! We are looking for a motivated individual with a secondary school graduation certificate and 1 to less than 7 months of experience in retail. Your responsibilities will include assigning tasks to sales workers, authorizing merchandise returns, establishing work schedules, and supervising a team of 3-4 employees, including grocery clerks and retail salespersons. Ideal candidates should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be organized, reliable, and have a client-focused approach. The position offers a permanent employment opportunity with a work schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week.
