Job Description

Seeking a Retail Store Supervisor for Shell Brantford. Requirements: secondary (high) school diploma and 7–12 months’ retail experience. Supervise 1–2 staff; assign duties; hire and train; set schedules; order and authorize returns; sell merchandise; prepare sales and personnel reports; resolve customer requests and supply issues; organize inventory and coordinate daily activities. Work in a fast-paced environment under pressure with tight deadlines, handling heavy loads and long periods of standing, walking, and mixed sitting. Must be accurate, client-focused, an effective communicator, flexible, organized, reliable, and a team player. Permanent position, English language, 30 hours per week.
