Job Description

Join Pepper’s Highway Services as a Retail Store Supervisor! We are seeking an organized individual with a secondary school graduation certificate and 2 to 3 years of experience in a retail setting. Your duties will include assigning tasks to sales staff, hiring and training new employees, managing inventory, and resolving customer issues. You will prepare sales reports, authorize payments and returns, and establish work schedules. This is a permanent position requiring 30 to 44 hours of work per week. Proficiency in English is necessary.
