Job Description

Jishnu Vishnu Corporation is seeking a dedicated Retail Store Supervisor to oversee our team and enhance retail operations. The ideal candidate will possess a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and bring valuable experience to this permanent position.

Key responsibilities include supervising staff, assigning duties, managing inventory, and resolving customer issues. Additional tasks involve hiring and training new employees, ordering and authorizing merchandise returns, preparing sales reports, and conducting performance reviews.

This position offers 30 to 36 hours of work per week, with English as the working language. Experience in a similar role is a plus.
